The purpose of this service plan is to meet the daily life needs of elderly customers, including:

Bathing, hygiene, and grooming
Help with impairments or continence
Meals and food preparation
Nursing
Podiatry, physiotherapy, and other therapies

IV. Getting some temporary help

The purpose of this service plan is to provide customers with some temporary assistance, you may only require 1 or 2 short-term help in a year, but it’s really important. Specific content includes:

Day/overnight respite
Help to restore independence
Transition care after leaving hospital
